Position: Credit Analyst – German Market Vacancies: 3Location: Madrid, SpainSalary: 18.370€ + excellent benefitsType: Full Time, 9:00 – 18:00 Monday to FridayDuration: 6 months – Permanent Reference: 94841BR Credit Analyst American Express is looking for a Credit Analyst who is a strong team player, with a high level of personal accountability, to take care of dunning activity (contacting customers regarding overdue payments) as well as deciding on the future spend of customers. As a Credit Analyst you will establish contact by phone to maintain credit card accounts by ensuring that they pose minimal risk to American Express, by verifying customer credit bureau scores. This includes making sound spending decisions within very tight time frames. Your main responsibilities will include inbound and outbound telephone contact with card holders, providing excellent customer service whilst following pre-set policies; actively taking part in team targets and goals, reporting to the Team Manager and working across teams within the entire Credit area.
Qualifications: - German and English language skills to business standard
- You will be flexible and possess a high level of integrity, willingness to learn and adapt to change
- Consistently executing tasks meticulously in high pressure environment
- You will be able to work towards pre-set goals and targets such as Lost Call Rate, Contracts per Hour, Cases worked per Hour and Quality of Decisions
- Previous experience in a call centre environment is an advantage but not a must
