So you will have to pay 450 euros to move in.

Why is the rent so cheap? 200 EUR is what you pay for July. From August 1st, you will pay the normal rent which is 250 EUR. 

A friendly, non confrontational & responsible person wanted to live in peaceful and friendly flat.
No pets no couples. Moreover, night or overnight visitors are not allowed.

It must be pointed out that a sociable person is wanted to spend time and interact with flatmates. If you tend to stand aloof from your flatmates and do not appreciate their friendliness and efforts to help you, please do not call.
