Transport wise, the nearest stations are Francos Rodriguez (Line 7, less than 5 min walk) and Estrecho (Line 1, about 10 min). You can reach Madrid city centre in 15 minutes and Complutense University in less than 10.

The rent is 290 euros and includes gas, water and electricity.

290 euros deposit required.

That means, you will have to pay 580 euros to move in.
