Buscamos un compañero/a (18 a 30 años) para compartir piso en el centro de Madrid a partir del 1 de Julio (metro Sol, salida calle Mayor). Precio  400 euros, más gastos (gas, luz e internet wifi), un mes de fianza. Habitación amplia, exterior con cama de 1,35 m, estantería, armario grande, mesa, cómoda  y balcón.  Lo podemos enseñar por la mañana hasta las 2 y por las tardes a partir de las 8.

We are looking for a flatmate (age between 18 to 30 years old) to share a flat in the center of Madrid from 1st of July (Metro stop Sol, exit Mayor Street).  Price 400 Euros and expenses excluded (butane, electric and internet wifi) and one month of deposit. A big room, exterior, a 1,35 meters bed, shelves, study table, chest of drawers and  balcony. We can show it in the morning until 2 pm and in the evening from 8 pm.
