We also would prefer someone who can speak English(not necessarily as a native) since my flatmate speaks very little Spanish. The flat, which has a nice terrace, is fully furnished but the room to let has only a single bed, a desk, a bookshelve and a chest of drawers for your clothes. You can of course bring your own furniture over!
Transport wise, the nearest stations are Francos Rodriguez (Line 7, less than 5 min walk) and Estrecho (Line 1, about 10 min). You can reach Madrid city centre in 15 minutes and Complutense University in less than 10.
The rent is 300 euros and includes gas, water and electricity.
300 euros deposit required.
That means, you will have to pay 600 euros to move in.
