terraza de 25 m2 con un salon y comedor de verano, y vistas estupendas... estamos en la 8a planta.
El piso es realmente SUPER GUAPO, MUY MUY BIEN DECORADO!
Tenemos tambien el aire acondicionado.
  
La habitacion que alquilo tiene 15m2, tiene cama grande, armarios, escritorio. Es exterior y muy luminosa.

El precio es de 450 EUR con los gastos incluidos.

 

Tendras tambien acceso a ADSL de 4Mega por Wifi o cable
ethernet a partir de la primera semana de augusto (tenia un problema con mi antiguo proveedor, espero una nueva coneccion).

I have a room to rent in my flat for AUGUST ONLY.

The flat is 125m2 and located in the center of Madrid, near 4 metro stations : Iglesia, Canal, Alonso Cano or Quevedo (lines 1, 2, 7).
The area is very residencial but also very close to the Tribunal disctrict where you will enjoy the Madrid fantastic nightlife !

 

The flat has 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and another independent WC independiente. We also have an incredible 25m2 terrace with splendid views... we're on the 8th floor.
The flat is really nice, very sunny, well decorated and pleasant to live in. We also have air conditioning.

 

The room I rent is 15m2, has a double bed, a desk, a closet. It is exterior, very sunny !

The price is 450 EUR/month , everything included, with access to wireless Internet (or through ethernet cable) (from the first week of august, had problems with my old provider, had to ask for another contract).
